Tbilisi is preparing for a major new addition to its skyline. Trump Tower Tbilisi was officially presented on September 15, 2026, marking the first Trump-branded real estate project in the region.

🏗️ The newly presented plans describe a 62-storey tower reaching approximately 280 metres, designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Gensler. It is planned to become the tallest building in Georgia.

🌳 Located beside Tbilisi Central Park, Trump Tower will be the signature landmark of the much larger Downtown Tbilisi development — an approximately $2 billion mixed-use project planned across an eight-hectare site with six towers.
