Payment and Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is made online, by card, at the time of booking or by cash on the spot
• Free cancellation — one day before arrival, until 15:00 Batumi time. In this case, the amount is returned in full.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged, the rest will be returned.
• Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
• The amount is returned to the same card in 5-10 working days.
